Recognitions/Parent Liaisons
Makes certificates and or another gift item to recognize athlete of the month recognition. Names are given to chair by Athletic Director.
Athletic Director hands out to students.
Audit
Looks over treasurer’s checkbook and bank statements and receipts
Fundraising Committee
Merchandise
Chooses and buys apparel and related promotional items for re-sale
50/50 - Gambling raffle
Basketball Concession Stand - Sell snacks at home basketball games
Dining Out - Chooses a local eatery and coordinates night out as a fundraise
Other - As needed to meet budget
Student Events
Homecoming Decorating - Provide gold and blue ballons
Fall Athlete Breakfast - Provide morning breakfast to athletes. Athletes are invited by coaches
Winter Athlete Breakfast - To be determined by athletic director. Athletes are invited by coaches
Spring Athlete Dinner - Provide evening dinner to athletes. Athletes are invited by coaches
Membership Committee
Organizes membership drive throughout the year. Maintains membership
Back-to-School - President, membership and merchandise organize a table
Eighth Grade Orientation - President, membership and merchandise organize a table
Nominating Committee
Coordinates election of officers for upcoming school year
Publications
Website - Maintains website with information
Scholarship Committee
Organizes student athlete scholarship information and awards recipients
